Before you ask
Do I need a website to get listed on Google Maps?
No. The listing is sold on its own for UGX 250,000. If you have a website we link the two, and if you get one later we connect it then.
How long until my business shows on Google Maps?
Our part takes 1–2 days. After that Google verifies the business, usually by video call, phone or email, and that can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. The timing is Google's, not ours, and we walk you through each step so nothing stalls on your side.
Will I show up first when people search?
Nobody can honestly promise a position, and anyone who does is guessing. Google ranks local results by how relevant, how close and how well known a business is. We make sure the relevance part is done properly: the right categories, complete details, real photos and a verified profile. Reviews from real customers then do the rest, which is why every listing comes with a review link you can share.
I already have a listing. Can you fix it?
Yes. We claim it if it isn't yours yet, correct the details, remove or merge duplicate listings, and fill in everything that is missing. A half-finished or duplicated listing often does more harm than none.
Who owns the profile once it is set up?
You do. The profile is registered to your business and your own Google account, with us added as a manager only while we set it up. You can remove us at any time.
Will you write reviews to get me started?
No. Fake reviews break Google's rules and can get a profile suspended. We give you a review link so your real customers can leave one in a few seconds.
