Terms of Service

These terms cover two things: using this website, and engaging Purity Sites to design and build a project. The specific commercial terms of your project — price, payment schedule, and deliverables — are set out in the written proposal we send you, and that proposal takes precedence over anything general said here.

Using this website

The content, design, code, and images on this site belong to Purity Sites unless stated otherwise. Client projects shown in our work section remain the property of those clients and are displayed as examples of work delivered. You are welcome to read, share, and link to this site; please do not copy its design or content wholesale.

Estimates are not quotes

The project estimator on this site produces an indicative range based on the options you select. It is a guide, not an offer, and it does not bind either of us. A firm price is only the figure written in a proposal we have sent you.

Scope, revisions, and timelines

• Each plan includes two rounds of revisions. Work beyond those rounds, or beyond the scope agreed in your proposal, is quoted separately before we start it.
• Published turnarounds — 2 to 5 days for Professional, 2 to 7 days for Legendary, 2 to 4 weeks for Ultimate — run from the point we have your content and any approvals we are waiting on. Delays in supplying those move the delivery date accordingly.
• Rush delivery, where agreed, carries the surcharge stated in your proposal.

What you provide

You supply the text, images, logos, and any other material for your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for third-party claims arising from material you give us to publish.

Ownership of the finished work

On final payment, the completed website and its custom design and code are yours. Third-party components — open-source libraries, fonts, and any licensed services used in the build — remain under their own licences, which carry over to you.

Hosting, domains, and third-party services

Your domain name and hosting are ongoing costs separate from the build price, and are quoted with your project. Where your site relies on third-party services — a payment gateway such as PesaPal, an email service, or similar — those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Payment

Project prices are quoted in Ugandan shillings. The payment schedule, including any deposit required before work begins, is set out in your proposal and agreed before the project starts.

Support after launch

We fix defects in what we built. Changes to content, new features, and ongoing maintenance are separate work, quoted when you ask for them.

Liability

We build carefully and test what we ship, but we cannot guarantee that any website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve a particular commercial result — including a specific search ranking. Our liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — most things are resolved with a phone call.
