Privacy Policy

This policy covers Purity Sites and this website, puritysites.dev. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it short because the site does very little with your data.

What we collect

• What you send us. The contact form and the project estimator don't send anything from this website. They open WhatsApp with your message typed in, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. We then receive what you sent, your name and your WhatsApp number, along with the scope summary the estimator generated from your selections. If you email or call us instead, we receive what you share that way.
• Your light/dark choice — not stored. If you switch to dark mode, that applies while you browse and is forgotten as soon as you reload or close the tab. The site saves nothing on your device for it, so there is nothing about it for us, or anyone else, to read.
• Standard request logs. Our hosting provider records the usual technical details of a web request — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Anonymous usage and speed measurements. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages get visited and how fast they load. These are cookieless and aggregated: they do not identify you, do not follow you to other websites, and do not build a profile of you.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling, and we do not ask you to create an account.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you and to quote your project. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell, rent, or trade them.

Who else handles it

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you choose to send us, under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the site, handles the request logs described above, and provides the anonymous analytics.
• Our email provider holds any email you send us.

Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf, not a party we sell data to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as they are commercially useful — typically while a project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email puritysites@gmail.com and we will action it. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights, those rights apply and this policy does not limit them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form — we will never ask for them there.

Changes

If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
